Camp Info
The All-American Cross Country Camp is located at the Christ School in Asheville. Situated in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, an abundance of incredible running trails of varying difficulty and scenery are at the camp's disposal.

TRANSPORTATION

DIRECTIONS TO CAMP 
From I-26: Take Exit 40 (old exit 9, the Asheville Airport exit). Turn away from the airport (a right turn if you're coming in on 26W; a left turn if you're coming in on 26E). Proceed for approximately four miles. Cross US25 (Hendersonville Road) and turn right onto Christ School Road. Christ School Road runs into Christ School.
From I-40: Take exit 51, US25-A. Left at the exit approximately eight miles. Just before the road merges with US25 (Hendersonville Rd.) turn left before the Shell gas station and turn right, directly behind the station.

HOUSING AND MEALS 
Campers will be able to experience campus life on one of the most beautiful and traditional of southern campuses, the Christ School. Campers will be served three great meals a day (all you can eat) and share a dorm room. Meals are prepared daily by reknown chef "Uncle Bob".
items TO BRING TO CAMP 
The staff at All American Cross Country Camp has compiled the following list of items that you may want to bring with you for use during your stay:
* Linens (twin sheets, pillow, pillow case, and towels) * Running clothes and shoes * Casual clothes and swimsuit * Personal items (soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.) * Paper and pencil * Spending money for sodas, t-shirts, phone calls, etc. * Fans. The dorms are not airconditioned.
RUNNING 
Runners are grouped according to their fitness level and experience. The distance of the runs and the tempo of the runs are also grouped according to fitness level.
